By downloading, installing, or using myStatus | Create Your Story ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create and share through the App. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, publicly display, and distribute your content within the App.

You agree not to upload, share, or create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

13. Payments and Refunds

By making a payment in the App:

• You acknowledge that all purchases are final and non-refundable
• You confirm that you have read and agreed to our Refund Policy
• You understand that once a payment is processed, it cannot be cancelled or reversed
• You agree that the service/feature will be delivered immediately upon successful payment
• You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided

14. Failed Transactions

In the event of technical issues during payment processing:

• The service will be provided once payment confirmation is received
• Technical issues will be resolved within 5-7 working days
• You may contact support for assistance with payment-related issues
