1. No Refund Policy

As per our policy and in accordance with RBI guidelines, we maintain a strict no-refund policy for all purchases made within the myStatus application. Once a payment is processed, it is considered final and non-refundable.

2. Payment Consent

Before making any purchase:

• Users are clearly informed about the service/feature they are purchasing
• The price is clearly displayed before payment confirmation
• Users must explicitly consent to the purchase by confirming the payment
• Users acknowledge and agree that the purchase is final and non-refundable

3. Failed Transactions

In cases where the payment was processed but the service was not delivered due to technical issues:

• The service will be provided once the payment is confirmed
• If the service cannot be provided, the issue will be resolved within 5-7 working days

4. Cancellation

Since our services are delivered immediately upon payment, cancellation is not possible after the payment is processed.
