As per our policy and in accordance with RBI guidelines, we maintain a strict no-refund policy for all purchases made within the myStatus application. Once a payment is processed, it is considered final and non-refundable.

In cases where the payment was processed but the service was not delivered due to technical issues:
Since our services are delivered immediately upon payment, cancellation is not possible after the payment is processed.
